Angela Koutoudis
senior stylist
Angela began her career as a hair stylist in 1991 in New York City. While there, she had extensive training in cutting, color and styling at the high-profile John Frieda Salon and Salon DaDa.
Over the course of her career, Angela has completed more than 20 classes and certifications. She has mastered training with many of the industry’s most respected brands, including Schwarzkopf, Goldwell, L'Oreal, Redken, Wella, Clairol, Biolage, Artec, Paul Mitchel and Aveda. She is deeply dedicated to her profession, and has trained many junior stylists over the years, passing on her enthusiasm and expertise.
Angela fell in love with the Aveda brand and philosophy while working at an Aveda Concept salon in Nutley, N.J. She is most passionate about Aveda’s focus on natural ingredients and the color line’s ability to be customized for each client. In the Aveda spirit of giving back, she has participated in many fundraisers for earth month and for the American Cancer Society.
Angela's ultimate goal is for her clients to be excited about their hair. That is also her greatest reward. Angela lives with her husband in Bloomfield, N.J. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, dancing, arts and crafts and traveling.
