PAYMENT
FRINGE accepts cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
 
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
Please give us the courtesy of cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A credit card will be required to secure spa services. If you do not show up or call for an expected appointment you will be charged 50% of the total service. Thank you for your understanding.
 
RETURNS
We will gladly refund our clients for any unused, unopened product purchased within 30 days of date on original receipt.
 
LOCATION & PARKING
FRINGE is located at 1874 Springfield Ave in Maplewood, New Jersey between Prospect and Yale Streets. One hour street parking is available as well as two municipal lots conveniently located on either Prospect street just south of Springfield Ave, or on Yale street just north of Springfield Ave.
 
NECK & BANG TRIMS
These are complimentary services offered once between each haircut service.
 
CHILDREN
As the mother of young children, I understand that it is often impossible to get things done without the kids “in tow”. For your convenience, we have a small, gated playroom stocked with toys and a changing table in our powder room for the tiny ones. Please just try and be considerate to our other guests that may be having a service “child free”.
 
INTERNET
“Working” from “home”? FRINGE offers wireless internet access. Just let us know and we will help log you in.
 
PRIVACY POLICY
At FRINGE, we respect the privacy of our customers. Any email and/or information collected from customers will be used expressly for official FRINGE purposes. We do not share or release any such information in order to preserve the privacy of our valued customers.
